The History of the Russian Intelligence Services and Recent Developments: Scott Uehlinger

Scott Uehlinger is a Retired Operations officer from the Central Intelligence Agency.   He served as a Central Intelligence Agency Operations Officer from 1996 until his recent retirement from the Clandestine Service. He served abroad in US embassies located in the former Soviet Union for more than twelve years. A graduate of the US Merchant Marine Academy, he earlier served in the U.S. Navy and in the merchant marine and more recently in Naval Reserve, retiring as a Commander.
