Raj Menon, who has visited Ukraine four times since the war started, has been detailing the evolution of the conflict. He most recently penned an op-ed for the New York Times entitled “ Putin has already lost.” He is the author or editor of seven books, most recently Ukraine in Conflict: The Unwinding of the Cold War Order (MIT Press) and The Conceit of Humanitarian Intervention (Oxford University Press). He is the author or co-author of over seventy-five journal articles and book chapters. His opinion pieces have appeared in the New York Times, the Guardian, the Financial Times, the Washington Post, International Herald Tribune (now the Global New York Times), the Los Angeles Times, the Chicago Tribune, Boston Globe, Foreign Affairs, Foreign Policy, Newsweek, CNN.com, Christian Science Monitor, Newsday, Boston Review, and Politico. He has appeared on the BBC, NPR, CNN, CBS Radio, MSNBC, France24, the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, and the Australian Broadcasting Corporation.
